This month I entered in my local gym's Pump Challenge - 12 classes in 31 days. I've got 2 more classes until I complete the challenge, and the best part is that it's got me back into Pump, a class I used to love before I started getting back problems. I've really felt the difference and I think my current weight loss this month is definitely due to me cranking up my metabolism through weight training.
Today I weighed in at 87.6kg... YAY! I'm well on my way to being 86kg for my wedding, which was the weight I was when I first met my fiance 6 years ago! Now 21kg down from when I first had my surgery done and 28.4kg down since my heaviest... Can't wait to hit that 30kg lost mark!! :)
