So delicious... it had tomato, ham, cheese and spanish onion in it... YUM!

Have a good weekend!

Hi Erica,

I have days where out of the blue I can't keep a thing down and I agree its the swelling that makes it continue throught the day.( I had one of those yesterday for no reason)

Sometimes it just doesn't make sense. 1 day you can eat chicken and the next you can't keep liquid down. If only the rules were hard and fast !!!!.

I agree that omlette looks lush, I can't eat eggs in any form, and haven't been able to since initial banding... bugger it... cause I love eggs... I lov'em scrambled, poached, fried, omlette, quiche, fritata... man I am makin myself want them...

Cheers Tarn xxxx
