8 weeks with no fill and I gain 4.4kg! How terrible is that?!?! Went to see wonderful fill doctor, and while he was a bit disappointed that I'd gained weight, I showed him a couple of before and after photos and he was pleased. The fill went back in, and I can feel it. Oh it feels so good! I'd forgotten what it felt like.
He also did measurements.
Neck 33cm (down 1.5cm)
Waist 92cm (down 26cm)
Hips 111cm (down 15cm)
Very Cool!
I'm on liquids today, and then soft foods tomorrow. Can't wait for the weight loss to start again.

Never mind about the gain....onward and downward!! You have come so far...amazing!!
Honey thats not a bad gain. You controlled your eating really well and made it to the gym. Be proud that you stayed strong!
