I'm Pregnant!!

I'm in SHOCK. Complete Shock. Here I was thinking that it was going to take months to get pregnant and 2 pregnancy tests have confirmed. Now I just have to get to the doctor to get a blood test done to confirm...

So pregnant with a lapband... this will be interesting! I'm due for a fill on 4th November, but now I don't think I should get one... especially if I've got morning sickness.

No symptoms so far... except for some funny feelings down there... kinda like twinges... but not uncomfortable.

Here's to a happy and healthy pregnancy!!!

I am 4 weeks pregnant! Due 29th June 2010 (according to my calculations... I could be wrong!)

Congratulations! Awesome news...I am sure you are both estatic, but after your last post, I am sure hubby is a little down that he doesn't get to do the deed as regularly as he might have hoped!LOL

Congratulations!!! I have just delivered a gorgeous, healthy baby girl. 8lb 9. I was banded in November last year and fell in January, just 1 and a half months out from banding. If you have any questions, just email me at traceyandfred@bigpond.com and i have blogged about the entire journey of course, so check that out if you haven't already.
Good luck and enjoy the ride!

That is SOOOO exciting! Congratulations! I'm so happy to hear that you got pregnant so quickly! What type of medication did your doctor prescribe? I too have PCOS and saw a reproductive endocrinologist a couple months ago. I haven't started any treatment as of yet. I am interested in what you were taking, if you lost more weight while taking it, was it in pill or liquid form, and what were your side effects? Congratulations again! This is SOOO exciting! I don't even know you, but am so excited for my fellow lap-bander!

Congrats on the pregancy!

I'm becoming banded next week and have read your blog from start to finish and found it extremely helpful, insightful, funny, and refreshingly honest.

Like you, I'm not telling my family about it - my partner knows, as does one (naturally skinny but very supportive) girl friend.

I'm excited and terrified all at the same time - I can identify with so much of what you have written.

So, thank you for your diligent blog.

My sincererest and best wishes for a wonderful pregnancy - there's nothing more fulfilling than raising a child.

Kindest regards,
Chris
