My flab is finally shifting at last but not much (if anything ) to do with the band, more like diet and exercise... The hunger is pretty awful, but I am not having a fill as I am so over the puking and hell that gives me. I know that once I started losing weight again I started feeling better about everything.<br /><br />It is hard to retrain your brain on portions though, I had 14 months band free whilst pregnant/breastfeeding, and it took me months to get my head around it all. Without these the fill will not help.
